Job description

• Performing the role of a Line Manager for 30+ specialists within a matrix organizational structure, having the support from Project Managers
• Working with Recruitment to continue our growth, supporting needs of our projects and choosing the right people for our unique culture
• Working with Employer Branding teams to preserve our culture but also strengthen it and help bring it to the market
• Allocating specialists to projects according to the company’s current needs and specialists’ path of professional development
• Taking an active role in front of our Customers: in terms of technical support or sales activities helping prepare parts of an offer
• Taking responsibility for specialists’ salaries, professional development and motivation
• Caring for teams and individuals in general human terms


• Focus on people
• Good understanding of software and software business
• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage teams of 30+ IT specialists as a Line Manager (proven by experience)
• Very good knowledge of software development methodologies
• Independence, resourcefulness, and reliability
• Ability to represent the unit in front of a client
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English (is a must)
