Do you feel at ease with communicating with others? Is IT administration your thing? Would you like to join our Buenos Aires team? The person in this position will be responsible for supporting other colleagues in their daily tasks, as well as for maintaining network and server infrastructure.

Job description:

  • Provide friendly and helpful support for users
  • Manage and track IT assets and software licenses
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Management of network infrastructure
  • Maintaining IT policy and best practices to ensure security and stability of IT systems
  • Support employees on onboarding and offboarding process
