Project description

We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe. Working alongside one of our blue chip, major brand, Clients you'll be providing high quality IT service and support.

If you have experience of supporting the full Microsoft suite of desktop products including Office 365 and experience of working within an ITIL aligned environment, we would love to hear from you.  Knowledge of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud servers/services would be beneficial.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Analyst include:

  • Performing 1st & 2nd Line Support queries
  • Where required assisting with critical escalations
  • Working with Service Desk colleagues to improve First Time Fix
  • Working with Infrastructure colleagues on escalation of 2nd/3rd line incidents
  • Working Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
  • Experience of troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues both locally and remotely
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft products including Active Directory and DNS
  • Knowledge of hardware rollouts projects
