Job description

Our company is on the hunt for an experienced Head of e-commerce who will be responsible for building an e-commerce department in the Spyrosoft group. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in software delivery in the e-commerce field. Our main goal is the implementation of projects related to software and IT services in the e-commerce area for the current and new Clients of Spyrosoft.

The main tasks will include building a team of engineers, architects and e-commerce analysts as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the area of ​​e-commerce.

Main requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a team or a department implementing software projects and IT services in the e-commerce area
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Hybris or Commercetools
  • Experience in managing IT projects for external clients
  • Independence in execution and implementation of tasks
  • Proven acumen in business, analytics and creative problem solving
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent account and stakeholders management skills
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
