Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of IT PM experience (excellent knowledge on software development life-cycle)

  • Excellent knowledge on Agile software development methodologies

  • Analytical and conceptual skills

  • Ability to organize and develop detailed work plans

  • English communication skills (C1 level)

  • Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working at Software House

  • PSM, KMP, Prince2, PMP certifications

  • LeSS and SAFe frameworks (certificates are a big plus)

Responsibilities:

  • cooperating with the client and the team during software development

  • co-creation of Release Notes

  • identifying business goals and client’s needs

  • identifying and managing risk

  • ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work

  • taking care of effective communication between team members and clients
