Job description

  • researching leads, investigating accounts, analyzing the market, and building target lists
  • overseeing internal and external projects within several business areas
  • active participation and improvements implementation within the lead generation process
  • maintaining long-lasting relationships with Spyrosoft’s management and partners
  • maximizing the efficiency of the operational and communicational part of this position
  • optimizing the strategy of CRM daily usage (data quality, lead generation, reporting)
  • taking responsibility for both back-office and business development activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience (for regular)
  • lead generation automation tools incl. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
  • proven track in client-facing roles
  • ability to collect, record, and analyze data
  • communication and presentation skills
  • passionate about relationship-building and enjoys problem-solving
  • fluency in English (C1)
