- researching leads, investigating accounts, analyzing the market, and building target lists
- overseeing internal and external projects within several business areas
- active participation and improvements implementation within the lead generation process
- maintaining long-lasting relationships with Spyrosoft’s management and partners
- maximizing the efficiency of the operational and communicational part of this position
- optimizing the strategy of CRM daily usage (data quality, lead generation, reporting)
- taking responsibility for both back-office and business development activities.
- 3+ years of professional experience
- lead generation automation tools incl. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
- proven track in client-facing roles
- ability to collect, record, and analyze data
- communication and presentation skills
- passionate about relationship-building and enjoys problem-solving
- fluency in English (C1)
