Job description

  • Executing a go-to-market strategy of Spyrosoft by utilizing the best outbound lead generation practices and building new clients’ engagements
  • Setting up, managing, and reporting all outbound lead generation activities across the company
  • Building an internal team of outbound lead generation experts
  • Overseeing cooperation with external partners
  • Working closely with internal organization on crafting emerging clients’ relations based on solution-selling techniques
  • Building a constant pipeline of new clients’ engagements by a direct business acquisition
  • Overseeing and enhancing internal toolchain for outbound lead generation automation
  • Working closely with new prospects at the early stage of their involvement in business relation with Spyrosoft

 Our Requirements

  • Proven track in EU/US client-facing role for 6+ years
  • Experience in working with software engineering companies & clients
  • Experience in sales automation systems incl. LinkedIn, CRMs (HubSpot preferably), lead generation automation tools
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to break down goals coming from top management into the local team
  • Ability to lead a team of experts focused on outbound lead generation
  • Ability to independently organize his/her own work backlog
  • Passionate about relationship-building and enjoys problem-solving
  • Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2)
  • Willingness to work from the office
