C++ Developers – Autonomous Driving [Argentina]

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C++.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment
Technical Expertise
  • Deep understanding of C++ (including C++11/14/17 standards) with the ability to write high-performance, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Experience with object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and multi-threaded programming.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing C++ applications.
  • Familiarity with standard libraries and frameworks (e.g., STL, Boost).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of build systems and tools (e.g., CMake, Make).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices (e.g., Google Test, Catch2).

 

  • Strong understanding of operating system concepts, especially in a Unix/Linux environment.
  • Experience with low-level programming, memory management, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of network programming and inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms.

 

  • Experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing software in complex, safety-critical automotive environments.
  • Competence in code reviews, ensuring adherence to automotive coding standards such as MISRA C++.
  • Experience in integrating software components into a cohesive automotive system, ensuring compliance with functional safety requirements

 

  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges.

 

  • Experience in the Automotive industry, such as ISO26262, ASPICE, V-model or embedded systems where high-performance C++ software is critical
