What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new business clients for our various services
  • Building, managing and optimizing digital campaigns, with a key focus on Google Ads
  • Generating, maintaining, and refining keyword lists (long-tail keywords and phrases), ad copy, site link extensions, and any other campaign assets
  • Analysing and reporting campaigns’ performance
  • Adjusting paid campaigns to various levels of our marketing funnel
  • Managing ad spend budgets and optimizing them for KPIs
  • Planning landing pages for different campaigns
  • Cooperating closely with marketing team members to collect the best insights and constantly improve digital campaigns performance

What does this role require?

  • Min 3 years of experience with Google Ads and in performing multiple search campaigns at the same time (this is a must; Microsoft Bing would be a plus)
  • At least basic experience in running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads (ability to run campaigns on other paid platforms will be a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with campaign automation, bid management strategies, tracking and reporting (Looker Studio is a plus)
  • Outstanding analytical skills – to comprehensively analyze the results and to draw proper conclusions
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing funnel with the ability to adjust any given activity to the relevant stage
  • Knowledge of building landing pages on Hubspot and/or WordPress is a big plus
  • English skills – B2 level
