Project description

Currently we are looking for a Support Specialist to join our existing team! We’re supporting our automotive Client in a logistic area. Our application works 24/7 and is critical for the whole production process.

Job description

  • Operational assistance with implementation (releases)
  • Preparing of changes
  • Solving Service Requests
  • Incident resolution
  • Working on “standby” or “on-call” from time to time

Requirements

  • Very good command of the German language in speech and writing – B2-C1 must
  • Desirable experience with mainframe applications
  • ITIL certification will be an added advantage
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Reliability, honesty and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking (very important when solving problems)
  • Ready to work in shifts and on-call, depending on the client’s requirements
