4000 - 6000 PLN gross
We are looking for IT Support Specialist to join our Polish-German team located in Wroclaw. The specialist will perform 1st line application support. Our team will be responsible for analyzing and escalating users’ requests, as well as solving the reported incidents.
- Registration, qualification and prioritization of all requests
- Ticket processing (analyse, solve, close/forward)
- Forwarding tickets from users to the next support line
- Documentation of all requests
- Communication with the Project and Incident Manager
- Knowledge of English at a good level
- General knowledge of IT
- Communicativeness, openess
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of German would be an asset
